In order to be eligible for our score improvement guarantee students must provide us with evidence of a past SAT score to serve as a baseline score. This score must be from an official SAT EXAM ADMINISTRATION that is no more than 60 days prior to their class with us. Documentation of this baseline score must be submitted within 24 hours after your student’s class with us. You must use our baseline score submission form to submit this: https://forms.gle/Ae4rycnf37fuFzRW6 Our score improvement guarantee only applies to official weekend SAT exams taken within 40 days of your class with us. In order to be eligible for a refund you must provide us with documentation of this not improved score. Documentation must be an official SAT administration score report. This report can only be submitted using our score improvement refund request form (https://forms.gle/zQKtyAgqvAkYdi5C9) and must be submitted on the same calendar date that the college board begins releasing exam scores from your test date.
