All payments made for any programs are non-refundable; If you would like to switch programs or program dates, you will be provided with credit towards another program if the change is approved by your instructor. Changes are normally approved as long as there's space in the program you would like to switch too.
In the event that a student becomes disruptive to the learning environment during a group program, they will be removed from that program and no refund will be provided. This has never happened to date and we hope that it never happens!
All course recordings will only be available for 14 days after their original course date. If you need material for a longer time period, just email us! We always try to be accommodating towards our students!
In the extremely rare event that we have to cancel a group class, we will provide a make-up class (and recording of that class) within 7 days to make up for the cancellation. Rest assured, this is an extremely rare occurrence, as we are beyond committed to our students’ schedules.
Students may not share any course materials or resources with any individuals not in our course.
